All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Canada. Orders must be placed before 10AM EST to begin processing same-day; please allow up to 2 business days to process your order.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Bella Aura Skincare® product, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of your purchase for return instructions. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for your own shipping costs when returning your product. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and recommend sending your product with reliable tracking or insurance.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send an email to confirm receipt and to notify you of whether your item has passed our inspections for refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and received within 10 business days.
Bella Aura Skincare® currently does not offer exchanges. We only accept refunds for purchases made at bellaaura.com. If you purchased your product with one of our authorized retailers, please contact the appropriate store for assistance. Due to the nature of the product, our signature masks cannot be returned.
