How to boost your immune system?

During challenging times we need to approach our health on multiple levels. Physical, mental and spiritual. First and foremost, please, stay home. Only go out for essentials. This act alone protects not just you but everyone around you. We do have some tips and tricks for boosting your immune system.

Our favorite herbs and supplements::

  1. Camu Camu
  2. Chaga
  3. Oregano Oil
  4. Astragalus
  5. Reishi
  6. Vitamin D3
  7. Vitamin B12
  8. Zinc

Foods that nourish and protect immunity::

  1. Ginger
  2. Turmeric
  3. Garlic
  4. Leeks
  5. Lemons
  6. Oranges
  7. Berries
  8. Sweet Potatoes
  9. Bell Peppers
  10. Almonds
  11. Broccoli
  12. Coconut Probiotic Yogurt

Beyond what we consume, paying attention to how much we move, how much time we spend outside grounding, all of this plays a critical role in the way our immune systems function. So many of us are so blessed with homes, outdoor space, running water. Lets utilize them.

Make sure you get outside even right outside your door for 15-20 minutes each day. If you live in an apartment and are unable to leave, stand and do some exercises in front of a window that allows sunshine to touch your skin.

If you have outdoor space, allow yourself to do some earthing. Barefeet on the ground. Deep breaths. You are here right now.

Gratitude journaling is another incredible tool whilst navigating rough times. Every morning or evening, write down a list of 5-10 things you are grateful for.

We love you. We want you to stay safe and healthy! Let us know if we can support you in any way.

Love,

The Bella Aura Team
