SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
An email will be sent including a tracking number when your order has been processed. Please be sure to track your item using the tracking number provided.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Canada. Orders must be placed before 10AM EST to begin processing same-day. Please allow up to 1 business days to process your order.
PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES ARE DIFFERENT
Shipping times may vary based on the place of delivery. Shipping time may be extended during holidays, product launches, restocks, limited edition releases and various promotions. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays.
Delivery is considered completed from the moment our courier marks the status of the order as “completed” or “delivered".

North America: $10
Europe, Asia & Australia: $40
Middle East: $40
Nigeria: $50
We currently do not ship to Mainland China - please refer to our stockists for Chinese retailers.
PLEASE NOTE: The customer is responsible for any applicable custom fees or duties. Bella Aura Skincare does not cover these charges. Please check your country’s regulations for any potential fees before making a purchase. These fees are typically calculated based on the value of your order and your local import rules.
SHIPPING DELAYS, DAMAGES AND LOSSES
- Bella Aura Skincare is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery by our courier, as these delays are out of our control.
- Bella Aura Skincare is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages, or if at the time of delivery, the recipient is away and unable to receive the package.
- Bella Aura Skincare is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. We recommend providing a secure delivery address.
- Bella Aura Skincare is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery locations.
If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company for further assistance.

Bella Aura Skincare currently does not offer exchanges or refunds. If you purchased your product with one of our authorized retailers, please contact the appropriate store for assistance.
