SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING FEES
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDER ABOVE $65 (USD) FOR CANADA, AND THE UNITED STATES.
Flat fee (USD) to select countries international:
- North America: $10 on orders bellow 65$.
- Europe, Asia & Australia: $40.
- Middle East: $40.
Note for international orders: For customers outside Canada or the US, please be aware that duties and taxes may apply depending on your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before purchasing, as Bella Aura Skincare does not cover these charges.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
An email will be sent including a tracking number when your order has been processed. Please be sure to track your item using the tracking number provided.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays in Canada. Orders must be placed before 10AM EST to begin processing same-day. Please allow up to 1 business days to process your order.
- Shipping within Canada:
Standard delivery (2-7 days) | Canada Post/Purolator.
Express delivery (2-4 business days) | Canada Post.
- Shipping to United States:
Standard delivery (2-7 days) | Purolator.
Express delivery (2-4 business days) | Purolator/UPS.
- Other countries:
Express delivery (3-5 business days) | Canada Post/DHL. We currently do not ship to Mainland China - please refer to our stockists for Chinese retailers.
- Due to air safety regulations, perfumes can not be shipped via Air and will be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping instead.
- Shipping times may vary based on the place of delivery. Shipping time may be extended during holidays, product launches, restocks, limited edition releases and various promotions. Delivery time does not include weekends or Holidays. Delivery is considered completed from the moment our courier marks the status of the order as “completed” or “delivered".
SHIPPING DELAYS, DAMAGES AND LOSSES
- Bella Aura Skincare is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery by our courier, as these delays are out of our control.
- Bella Aura Skincare is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages, or if at the time of delivery, the recipient is away and unable to receive the package.
- Bella Aura Skincare is not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. Please be sure to provide correct and accurate shipping details at the time of purchase. We recommend providing a secure delivery address.
- Bella Aura Skincare is not responsible for packages lost or stolen due to unsafe delivery locations. If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the appropriate shipping company for further assistance.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return your item within 30 days for a refund to your original form of payment. Please note, for hygiene and safety reasons, we can not accept returns of opened or unsealed products. If your return meets these conditions, a refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
